Shipping Information
In most cases, items will be shipped within 5-7 business days and will be shipped USPS 1st Class Mail - Parcel (2-5 business days).

Refunds & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your accessories, please request a return authorization ("RA") number within 7 days of the delivery date by sending us an email at customerservice@libbywearonline.com. Your email should include your order number together with a list of the items being returned, and we will email you an RA number and shipping information.

We will issue a full credit on merchandise returned in its original condition if mailed back within 7 days of the date you receive the RA number. However, shipping charges are not refundable. Sales are final on merchandise for which no RA is requested within 7 days of its delivery, or if it is not shipped back within 7 days of the date an RA number is emailed to you.

Payment and Security Info
We use PayPal for secure online credit card transactions. You do not need a PayPal account to complete a credit card transaction with Libbywearonline. Your credit card statement will show a charge by PAYPAL-LIBBYNSTEVE.

Privacy Information
We will not share any information that you provide to us. It is used solely for order confirmation, billing and delivery purposes.
